Individual Counselling
I offer individual counselling to persons over 18 years of age. Some of the areas I work with include but not limited to:

You do not need to have a specific issue in mind to benefit from counselling. Often people seek a little extra support to help improve their own mental wellness. Counselling can help gain a greater understanding of our own selves, our choices, patterns of behaviour and obstacles that are impacting on our health and well-being. Through this awareness we can learn to change for our greater good.
Training
As well as individual Counselling I also run courses and workshops. I have developed and delivered a wide range of training for The Educational Training Boards, private companies and colleges.

When working with groups I adopt a holistic approach to learning. I facilitate group involvement and participation in a safe, non-judgmental space, respecting and honoring each person's unique individuality. I like to focus on experiential learning and continually encourage self-exploration during group work. I strive to create a meaningful and practical learning experience for each person.
